The cup is a pretty design and my wife has started getting into drinking tea so I bought this as part of her Valentine's Gift. I was so excited for her to open it because she loves butterflies and her favorite color is teal. When she opened the box, the cup was packaged well enough, but we definitely noticed that the cup had several chips on it where the glazed paint should have been and also the butterfly, the centerpiece of the whole cup, had it's crystals not glued in place correctly. One crystal was just glued close to where it supposed to be, but not quite. This throws off the beauty of the entire thing. I wrote a nice inquiry to the seller to see if we can return it or what we should do but no reply. I still gave it a 3 because it is still a fetching cup, however, now its unusable and will only be for decoration as I don't want more paint to chip and possibly contaminate my tea with lead. I got the whole "well it's the thought that counts," from my wife, but for me I think I should get what I pay for and what the sellers are representing as their product. I understand nothing is perfect, so that why a good company would have a good customer service representative to take care of a good customer. Well I'm still waiting on a response and would strongly advise against buying this product from WOBOX. ... show more
