    • Stopped working!!!! Two days after Christmas
This was a nice piano when it worked! Gave this to my 16 yr old son for Christmas who wanted to learn another instrument and it stopped working after two days! The power pack has a green light so i am sure that it is getting power but when you switch it to the on position.....NOTHING happens. I have yet to hear back from the seller and now i believe i am left with a piano that does not work, no answers, can’t find any info on this problem to try and fix it and out the money! My son appreciates instruments and is an accomplished drummer so it isn’t from anything that he has done. So upsetting to us both! I hope that the seller makes this right. They have until the end of today to contact me. If not i will be filling a claim. Buyer beware it is definitely worth spending more money on a Yamaha at least they have info and people that you can speak too if you have an issue.     • Nice, but don’t change your sound type
It’s a nice solid keyboard and it sounds great. I love weighted keys, although I’ll be honest I forgot how heavy they are. My primary complaint is that if you change your sound you have to cycle through literally 999 of them just to get back to “normal”, which is annoying. But I’m enjoying it.

This is a poorly made product. It is one long keyboard that is cheaply put together. When you press one key, you can barely hear a sound. And since all the keys are connected, when you press one key several go down at the same time. Do not buy this product. It is terrible.

The keyboard is heavy. It seems solid in its construction. There is volume control as well as headphones that plug into it. It has some pre programmed music. There are several instrument that can be entered in. The instructions were in Chinese but it’s not too difficult to figure out. My daughter is 13 and she loves it. ... show more

    • Worst piano sound I ever heard!
If you are considering buying a piano and you value your money, don't buy this one. This Piano have the worst sounds I ever heard in an electronic keyboard. None of the voices worth the money you pay. Even the piano voice which should be at least "good" is pure crap. It seems that the company got the cheapest GM implementation they could get to put in this "piano". It does have good action keybed but the sounds that come out of it will make your ears cringe! I would return it if I could but I already had it for too long so I guess that I will have to donate it since I would not expect anybody to buy it after testing and hearing it. ... show more
