We had our plumber install this for us and he said for what we paid, this is a great faucet and we agree. This has been made with more metal pieces than a typical kitchen faucet, easy installation, and the motion sensor that is plugged in is really cool. He did warn us that if we were to leave on vacation and no one was staying at our house, to unplug the sensor so we could use it like a normal faucet as that alleviates any potential for the faucet to get turned on and cause a flood. We've had it now for almost 4 months and we don't regret our purchase one bit. We don't have the batteries installed as we figured the electrical would be enough and it really is. The faucet is very nice.. it was fairly easy to install. Looks great . Hose works well. Water pressure good. But the issue I have is with the sensor. Half the time I turn the faucet on the water does not come on unless I wave my hand in Front of the sensor, other times it comes on with no problems …. this gets very aggravating. I love the faucet, but wish I had purchased one without the sensor. ... show more

The faucet came nicely packaged and damage free. The instructions for install were very easy to understand and follow, took me about an hour and most of the time was removing the old faucet. We love our new faucet. It looks great and was super easy to install. We installed our with a new sink. I didn't quite follow the instructions tho, because I had the new sink, I installed it to the sink so it just dropped right in, I then completed a few steps after thw sink was in. So much easier.
