On a hike this summer I noticed that I am less steady than I was in the past. I am in my 40s and want to be able to do things forever. I admit I saw this on Insta and the dang ad worked on me. I have had it for about a week and I love it. I keep it in an area I walk by in the house and get on it several times a day. I’m already getting better at using it and it is working muscles that a regular gym workout does not hit. I’m excited to try some harder exercises with this.
