Love this product - I really enjoy slacklining but am a bit intimidated at the thought of setting up my own line. This way I get to slackline a little right at home! I'm impressed how quickly my fast-twitch muscles (those used for balance) developed just by standing on this. Each day I stand a little longer and expand my range of movement.
