Only 2 issues and they are minor, One is that you can't have the heat without the vibration(i knew this before I bought) and the other is, the control cables need to be color coded, it only took about 15 min to figure it out. The only issue I had with the seller is that this comes in 2 boxes and chances are they won't be arriving at the same time. I read several reviews on this chair and was aware as with most furniture right out of the box there are some smells. 3 days in the garage with a fan on it, got rid of the smell. I don't count this as anything bad, it's just something you expect with a water repellant fabric, (it's just that camp-dry smell). I got several people of different weights and sizes up to 360 lbs and there is no time difference in lift time. My guess is it can easily handle another 200 lbs with no problem. After zip tying the excess cabling to the rear frame runner there is no way to get the cables into the moving portion of the frame. It is a very comfortable chair Just don't expect it to fit someone over 5'9" feet will hang over the footrest. Before buying this chair, I went to several brick & mortar stores and found that you pay on average 2X as much for half the chair. Rooms to go had the most similar chair for $800+ no vibe/heat/or cup holders but did have an electronically adjustable headrest. The fabric on this chair was much more durable than what I consistently found in brick and mortar stores. (microfiber or fake leather that only lasts about 2 years before it gets runs or flakes respectively) This also feels very sturdy. ... show more

It was so easy to put together. The rise and lowering of is quiet and smooth. The massage part is great you are able to change to high or low easy and you are able to use just one location if you choose. The heating part it perfectly calming and doesn’t over heat you just enough to take the chill off your aching back and help it relax . Only problem was getting the order delivered together. It comes in 2 boxes only received box 2 of 2 and had to call find out where box 1 of 2 was. Because the order said it was fully delivered. I didn’t have to wait too much longer, but should have been together and 2 labels indicating 2 boxes better to show what is coming and how. ... show more

It's comfortable. It does exactly what it says. It arrived earlier than anticipated which was a really good thing. It was easy to put together. It's a little smaller than expected is my only issue with the chair.

My father in law had a stroke and afterwards needed this chair to assist him, the chair is a wonderful chair according to him and he is in his 80's. The heat he states is the best as he gets chilled quickly. Fabric is nice will see how it holds up. Issue - when shipped stated it would come in two boxes, the first two arrived and they did not complete a chair, box 3 showed up a couple of days later and box 4 the next day. We were not sure on the other boxes as it stated on the shipping two boxes when in fact it was four (Ordered two chairs mother in law loves her too!) Overall the price was the best online and people were selling similar chairs used for same price or more. ... show more

The chair arrived safely and in good condition and was well packed. The comfort is fair but could be excellent with a few improvements. This chair really needs separate controls for the back and legs. As is, if you want the back reclined slightly you have the leg rest elevating at the same time which makes for not real comfortable seating positions. The instructions for construction are the worst that I've ever seen. They are just a few poor small diagrams that are very confusing. The drink holders are a nice addition. ... show more

We searched for a lift chair that has both push button and remote control for lifting, and it has massage and cups. The chair is very comfortable when viewing and sleeping. It came in two boxes containing four pieces: seat, back, left and right arms. It was very easy to assemble although the instructions in drawing are not clear. I am downsizing my living room. This chair could be described as petite. It is a small version of a recliner, a mama bear chair. I am 5' 4 " and close to 200 lb, The chair is very comfortable for my size but unsuitable for my husband who is 6 foot and near 250. The seat is generous at 23 inches or so better then a first class airline seat, however the footrest does allow my heels to hang over. I bought the chair because of the Electric footrest. don't use the massage or heat much but I am surprised at how often I use the lift feature. works very well.
