I have the machine since 2020, meaning more than 4 years already I used to wash 2 times a week everything for 3 of us. Including the twin xl bed sets, I can wash one full set of twin xl sheets. It fills automatically during the wash cycles, and spin dry automatically. Now since my mother has Alzheimer, we have to wash 7 days a week at least 4 full washes. Really easy to use. I do not use Clorox on it, and I use liquid detergent. Clorox will damage the automatic pump system, that why it still working after more than 4 years, working as new. It is quiet and if something goes wrong it will automatically stop to avoid damage. I have it on a small cart which locks the wheels to avoid movement during the drying spinning cycle. I also bought a small dryer which I had to replace it after 14 months, but this washer still working like new. I do recommend it 100% ... show more

I am very pleased with this washer! It is perfect for my very tiny bathroom and meets my washing needs. The drain and inlet hoses it comes with are very short. The power cord is also very short. We purchased extension hoses and adapters for both the inlet hose and the drainage hose which were very easy to connect together. I highly recommend measuring prior to visiting your local hardware store. They had everything we needed. We were able to connect the inlet hose to the shower arm using an inexpensive diverter. All I need to do is just flip the switch. This helps to fill the washer much more quickly rather than using my bathroom sink faucet! I was concerned that the washing machine was very noisy during the first use. After the first use, the loud noise went away. I needed a little extra water to wash the blanket (I had it on the medium water level setting and should have set it on the high water level setting) and all I needed to do was to hold the water level button until the water level was adequate and the water stopped filling after letting go of the button. I was able to wash a full-size cotton blanket without any problems. The spin cycle was able to handle it. The laundry comes out damp, but not dripping wet. The same as it would be with any full-size washer. I also use a compact dryer which is a perfect companion for my washer. I love my new washer! It works great! It would also be perfect for RV use.     • Gets the job done but some things to consider.

This is a great little washing machine that serves its purpose. I’ll start with the pros. Pros: -fits in small spaces (16 inches wide) -fully automatic -not to loud -easy to use -pretty cute -LED interior light -really good cleaning -doesn’t use much water -doesn’t need that much soap -really dries clothes to about 95%. Clothes dry fast after being hung -changed our lives to have in until laundry Cons: -the width is indeed 16 inches but you have to factor in the tubing on the side which is another inch and half. That puts you at 17.5 inches wide. I had to drill a hole in the back on my machine to require the pump so it would fit in the space I had. -there is no timer on the machine so you have no idea how long your load has been in for -the high water level setting will leak. It’s simply took much water for the washing machine with clothes in it and it will overflow. Stick to medium and low water level settings. -ultimately both the pump and the hose are comically short. You’ll need to buy replacements for both. That will set you back another $20. I would recommend at least a 5 foot hose and then a 6 foot pump. Get someone who knows a bit about pluming to make sure the hose is secured on tight when you replace it. -can’t really use it out of the box. Have to get all the extra parts and do some minor fixing. -you will also want to buy a quick release converter for your sink to make your life easier. That will set you back another $10. -the instructions make absolutely no sense. They are Google translated from another language. -this model is more expensive than the Giantex model that holds only 8 lbs of laundry and has a timer. If I had more space, I would have gone in that direction instead. Also it’s $176 instead of the $250 this machine cost you. ... show more

    • Good for limited scope washing.

Small capacity washer, great for one person or for doing specific loads. It WILL NOT replace a regular washing machine (see below). We initially bought it for our newborn's clothes 9 months ago. Later with Covid, my wife and I started using it for our hospital scrubs to keep it separate from the regular wash (our baby clothes now in the regular wash obv). It can hold about 3 days worth of work clothes for ONE person. Youd be doing about 5-6 loads a week for 2. It's more economical to use a regular machine, but for our use-case it's great. The spin function works great to reduce air drying times. We have ours on a quick hookup adapter to the bathroom sink, draining to the bathtub. Some advise on use: 1) Lint WILL accumulate in the drained water, so keep a lint trap on your bathtub drain and clean regularly or else you'll clog it. 2) DO NOT use a detegent that suds a lot (eg Tide). The suds will get overflow out onto your floor and flood your bathroom;. We found 'All' brand hypoallergenic detegent to work without a lot of bubbles. 3) sometimes the machine will reset itself mid cycle and you have to start a spin or wash cycle finish the load. 4) 10lbs is 10lbs - do not overload the washer as it is not as robustly built like a regular washer. For about 7 months of constant use, it has held up great. If we get 1-2 years of use out of it like this, I think we got our money's worth. Again, this does not replace a regular washing machine. It has limited capacity and features. It's small size, ease of use, and ability to do certain loads is whats its best at. ... show more
