I use this in my RV. It’s wonderful! It’s quiet, easy to load and empty, easy to hook up, and it doesn’t take a team of longshoremen to move. My husband carried it inside, and I moved it into place and installed it in minutes. It’s not full-sized, but it’s not tiny, either. Read on… It does a good job cleaning clothes, bed linens, towels, etc. Though it isn’t a full size washer, I’ve hardly noticed. I am able to wash a king size fitted sheet, two pillowcases, and two twin size sheets in one load. It’s is very quiet. The loudest thing about it is the cheerful little song it sings sings when you turn it on and when its cycle is done. My husband had taken to randomly humming its songs! lol I’ve experienced no leaks or problems with the belt, and I’ve done a dozen loads now. I do have two criticisms. First, it doesn’t have a separate dispenser for bleach, vinegar, softener, or the like. There’s one holder for powdered detergent. That’s it! And you cannot open the lid during use or it resets the cycle. So, using bleach is iffy. The powder dispenser will leak straight bleach onto your clothes, and I’m not sure it’s good for the washer to have straight bleach poured into it (plus, then you’d have the bottom of the washer wet with bleach, which might then come into contact with your clothes!). I will probably find a way to disable the automatic shutoff mechanism so I can open the lid to add bleach once the tub fills. Second, the water connectors are plastic, but my supply faucets are metal. A quick internet search told me that a plastic-to-metal connection isn’t ideal. But, after looking for an alternative, I couldn’t find a decent solution, so I connected it anyway, and I’ve not had a leak. So, is this a flaw? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I recommend powdered detergent. Detergent pods don’t fit in the dispenser. And, with powder, you can regulate the amount of detergent you use. Overall, I really-truly love this machine! ... show more

Hooks up easily to kitchen sink. Machine is surprisingly quiet. There is a quick wash setting that uses a set amount of water, but for other modes, you will need to select water fill level. The machine will stop filling on its own, unlike similar style washing machines. Previously was using a camper washer with a separate spin and wash basin. This combines both steps into one. There is a spin cycle to get out excess water if you want to line dry instead of using a dryer. Very little detergent is needed for results. Purchased a dolly for transporting throughout my apartment. Just make sure on first use that the drain hose is very secure as mine popped off the first time and there was quite the flood in the kitchen. For first use, I recommend being present to ensure secure attachments. Since that one incident, I have had no issues. The machine is very quiet and the spin cycles produce a light vibration, but nothing compared to the spinning of my previous machine. I use mine several times a week and have not noticed an increase in electric bill. Highly recommend this product. The price may seem high, but the efficiency and convenience is well worth it. ... show more

    • Pump stopped after 5 loads

I absolutely loved this washer up until it stopped working after about five loads of laundry. It cleaned my laundry well but was very loud. After about the fifth load of laundry, it started leaking from the bottom of the washer and I smelt something burning. It stopped pumping out the water from the washer, so I did it manually. After that, I leaned the washer on its side to look at the bottom where all the electrical was located. The pump was extremely warm and smelled like burnt plastic. If the washer worked longer, I would’ve loved it. Additionally, If you want to return the washer, you’re able to, but you must REQUEST a refund only after you’ve already returned your item. This meaning you may not get a refund if they don’t want to. This is unlike any other Amazon return I have dealt with where you just return the item and it automatically sends you the money back as soon as it is received. Honestly, the washer was a huge waste of time and energy. ... show more

I bought this so I didn't have to carry laundry up and down two sets of stairs (getting older). This fits perfectly in the upstairs bath. Every things looks and smells clean so far except for the whites. I had to wash those on they heavy cycle twice to get them as clean as my standard size washer does with hot water. After the air dry cycle, the clothes dry in a couple of hours indoors. I pointed a fan at the clothes on a drying rack and it dries fairly quick. I have one complaint about the drain hose. It seems to be made of a cheap quality material and no matter how many times I reconnect it, there still is some minor leakage at the machine end so I keep a towel under it. I got a little dolly to go under the machine and that makes it a lot easier to move. Be sure the get the kind that has locking wheels. ... show more
