The media could not be loaded. The 30inch stool is quite comfortable actually and I have nothing wrong with the product itself. I will admit the color in the picture on Amazon looks more cognac colored than Gold, but you will definitely get a gold color if you order. My only complaint is that it says a set of two stools and I only received 1 stool in the package. I am weary of ordering from GIA as I tried to email service@import-specialities.com and the email also bounced as there is no domain.
