    • Looks and sounds beautiful, especially at night
Bought this for my sister, looks beautiful on her deck surrounded by plants. Especially love it at night. Her mastiff’s drank out of it in the summer and left their drools in it and she let it run out of water often but it still kept working, so I’d say it’s pretty tough. Looks like real stone.

The media could not be loaded. It’s nice and comes as one piece with no assembly required. Considering it’s fiber glass/resin and the top doesn’t come with a light, I think it could be priced a little better, but still a very nice waterfall. I added my own small waterproof led tea light and it’s better now in my opinion. I personally think having the top come with a light from factory would have been nice. ... show more

This is a fun fountain. Very easy to assemble. Make sure you find your final placement you want it in before you fill it with water as it'll be a bit heavy to move. Easiest to fill with water from the front bottom bowl (rather than the back side). I added a few small rocks as well for additional dimension. I wish the fountain was more copper in color, rather than gray. Love the lights. When it's hot outside, be sure to check the water level from the back little door as water will evaporate more quickly - found that I could just spray water from my hose in front bottom bowl daily when I was watering flowers. Periodically I would add a teaspoon of bleach to a gallon of water to keep the water cleaner. I did see small birds drinking from the fountain. I left fountain plugged in all summer and had no problems. Just cleaned it today (Sept. 16) and I found a few odd pieces when dumping the water - shown on the paper towel. I think these are just the pieces that were punched out in manufacturing for the various holes. I hope so anyway. ... show more

    • Missing cover and leaking
The fountain arrived today. I was initially impressed with its appearance but as I put it together, I noticed the hose was already attached to the base (perhaps someone else returned this unit) and one of the wires to the lights was missing the water-proof cover that screws on to the base. I figured I could deal with that issue, but once the fountain was put together (10 minutes later) and water was added, there was a leak on the side. I'm returning this for a replacement because it's the best fountain for the price. I'll update my review after I receive the replacement. Update: the seller sent a replacement fountain that works perfectly. It took ten minutes to put it together and we are totally happy with it, nice, rustic appearance and great ambiance. I would give 5 stars but they really should have caught the lack of a deal on the forest fountain. That said, the seller's response was excellent. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I never write reviews but my husband and I are so impressed with this fountain! It’s a great height and it looks and sounds beautiful. We almost bought one on Wayfair for twice the price but we are so glad we got this one. One thing to note is that it has two plug ins. One is a regular 2 prong and one is a 3 prong so we bought an adapter/surge protector for it. I used distilled water and purchased an algae cleaner for ponds and fountains to use if it gets gross. It was a nice fountain at first, but pieces started falling apart inside the fountain. I have it in my store and came in with the sound of the pump drained...but these little pieces that basically disintegrated within...(no outdoor obstacles to ruin it) so just wore out and after only a few months. These broken pieces plugged up the fountain. As I was trying to unplug it, these sharp pieces kept cutting my fingers. Just beware. You may get a year out of it. Mine started having troubles after about 8 months. ... show more

Overall I really like having the fountain. Easy to assemble. I wish there was a light in the top bowl but I can live without. The problem is I bought it September 2022 and the pump quit working in early December 2022. I would like a new pump and would be happy to update my review, but I am not sure how to contact the seller. ... show more
