This was my first time using this product I was a little skeptical because it’s called gel but it isn’t like a wet gel. It’s more of an edge control consistency and is non greasy. I loved the texture and it has a wonderful light smell. It applies smooth and clear didn’t turn white or flaky and leaves a nice shine. The media could not be loaded. ***Update 11/2/2023 - This was my 3rd Order and it's not as strong as far as quality goes. Almost as if it was diluted. Like it's creamy to the touch VS thick and gel like, like before. Maybe a bad batch*** ***Gonna have to try a different Seller to see*** I love this stuff for my re-twist. Doesn’t irritate my scalp and that’s saying something. I believe this contains over 95% natural ingredients and about 5% naturally derived which is another plus for me as I make skincare items and am kinda picky about stuff like that. If they keep the price affordable like it is I will most likely be a life customer. It rivals twist gels I’ve bought for 30$. And if it ain’t broke. Don’t fix it. It smells nice. It does not make you itch nor does it cause build up. It is very smooth. It did not seem to hold my hair that well. It was too soft...never hardened. I had to keep my hair in double twists for a while for it to not come un-retwisted, other gels...I do not have to do this, but I'd rather this than to have build up & itching. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a great gel, I’ve been using this gel for he past 2 months and it works amazingly. There’s no buildup in his locs. It doesn’t frizz up unless he takes out the two-strand twist or unless he wets his hair. I love this gel. 10/10.

I am up at 4:58 AM doing me a fresh re-twist using this gel that I just bought it is awesome is laying my hair down. It’s not too heavy it holding it. I love it and make my hair look way better than any gel I ever used. I also got the oil too. It’s lightweight. It feels good. Yeah whoever made this. I’m buying more me and my son have long healthy locs and I love putting stuff in my hair that matters this gel matters. Extremely sticky, and definitely not a product to use for two strand twist out if you’re doing locs then this is a great product since it’ll hold but it does flake up sometimes. Is it worth it ? Yes for locs for two strand twist ? No washable yes it’s easy to use no issue softness ? No just sticky performance it does its job but again sticky ... show more
