I got these cards because I absolutely loved the design. Every face card is a different person, and each one looks amazing. The aces are also super cool looking. They feel great and shuffle nicely. My only complaint is the quality, when I love a deck of cards as much as I do these, naturally it’ll want to use them all the time. I bought these to take with me to a bachelor party at a beach house in the Carolinas (which is known to have been a pirate nest in the golden age of piracy) to play cards and also card based drinking games. These held up well the nerdier among the group enjoyed the art work of the face cards and seeing if they were active at all in the area that we were in. I really like these cards. They are thinner than I thought they would be but still feel great in the hand. Little slippery but that is because they are plastic (waterproof). These cards are amazing. They will absolutely stand the test of time. They have amazing detail to them. Easy to shuffle. The deck is beautifully designed. The only thing I wish was different was on the back of the cards I wish the gold was shiny. But I don’t think that can happen with waterproof cards.
