As a first time mom this was my experience and decisions with the advice of my baby's pediatrician. My baby's pediatrician said it was just like Tylenol (but clean) and suggested the same amount and to take in the same time window. I gave this to my 2 month old about 2 hrs after her 2 month shots. That's about the time she got REALLY fuzzy and then again 6-8 hrs after for 2 days, after her feedings. My baby didn't go through fever or any of the shots symptoms i was warned about. Works just like Tylenol and kids love/hate the taste just as much. As medicine, it’s 5/5 stars. But this stuff is so incredibly sticky. It’s a scientific marvel, really. One spilled drop and you’re looking at an outfit change for both of you and a total wipe down of your skin and anything it has been near. Is the stickiness airborne? I don’t know. Is it a scientific miracle? Maybe. Just be prepared. I don’t care for the syringe either (snub nose that is easier for a cranky toddler to reject and a small flange making it hard to plunge) but you can jam a Tylenol syringe up there alright. ... show more

I use this on my kids instead of tylenol because it is more of a natural version, but gives the same effect. My kids do not love the taste, but I like that it is more natural and gets the job done. Is also a great price for how large the bottle is!

I felt alot better buying this cleaner alternative without dyes for my baby after his circumcising procedure. It smells like blueberries and he loves the taste! It really did the job because he wasn’t in pain after his numbing medicine wore off,

Love being able to find this on Amazon as I can’t find it in stock I’m stores near me. The flavor smells good, however getting babies to take medicine is a different story, but overall great product!

Got this because it is dye-free and 4 oz. The Amazon version has a bit of an edge because you can insert a syringe into the flexible top. But aside From that it seems to be a great product and helps with my baby's teething pain!
