"Effective Pain Relief at a Great Price" I've been using the Amazon Basic Care Acetaminophen Extended-Release Tablets, 650 mg for a few months now, and overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. These tablets provide reliable and long-lasting pain relief for my occasional headaches, back pain, and arthritis flare-ups. I appreciate the extended-release formula, which keeps the pain at bay for several hours without needing to take another dose too soon. One of the best things about this product is the price.
