I’m 83, and only take two a day, if I miss a day, it’s noticeable. A little hard to swallow if these are the uncapsuble ones.

this is a better buy..i was gettin the 8hr giant brand that costs about 6bucks and alit of times its sold out.now i just fill my empty bottles and keep in multiple locations so i can have on hand. would rebuy
