I take acetaminophen for headaches or for general discomfort when I'm afraid I'm "getting something", and it has always worked. Acetaminophen is all the time in my medicine cabinet but I never abuse it; being that it can damage our liver, I'm always careful not to exceed the recommended dose. This giant size will allow me to share with my sister or anyone else, without thinking I might run out of the only analgesic I can take. I 75 and can't use Advil type pain reducers, so I am using acetaminophen instead. Be aware of the dosage of these, 650mg each. I am careful in my use frequency. Also, be careful if you are using other meds that have acetaminophen in while using these. But, it's good buy & I will be buying them again 😀. ... show more
