This works really well. Water where I live is super hard. No more hard water stains. Was quoted upwards of 7k for a system from installers and vendors. If you know some basics of plumbing and water this is not hard to put together.     • Worst post customer service ever!
Bought a genesis softener and iron filter. Good equipment that works well. After almost two years of service, I needed to replace injectors an sleeves, one that cracked when removing for maintenance. First request regarding parts I needed was in July 22. September 5th, I still don’t have the parts I need or requested. Even though part numbers are provided in the manuals, I have no clear answer if they even sell these parts and don’t know where else to order. They do respond to email after enough requests and time but at their discretion. There is no way of knowing when that may happen. They won’t answer a phone or return phone calls... unless you are buying new equipment... I seemed to have little trouble getting replies then. For parts and customer service you must leave a message or send an email. It like pulling the handle of a slot machine when you try to contact them. Most of the time nothing happens. Occasionally you’ll get a response that makes you think you may actually be getting somewhere. So you keep pulling the handle getting little to no results, you’ve spent your money, the house has the advantage and it isn’t fun anymore. Nothing is more frustrating than being happy with your purchase and then discovering the people you purchased from don’t give a rats a$$ about you. ... show more
