    Product arrived in a timely manner and was in good condition. Unpacked product and watched install and setup videos. Videos are identical to printed instructions and easy to follow. I have all proper tools and am very knowledgeable on plumbing techniques so it only took me about 30 minutes to make all proper connections. After waiting approx 90 minutes for CPVC glue you dry I pressurized the lines and walked my way through the control Panel setup and rinse cycles. After letting water run clear in house the system is working well. It is important to know if your hose bibs are tied into the main system and you plan on using large amounts of water for irrigation use the bypass otherwise you will throw off the regeneration schedule. ... show more

      • Control Box not sealed against moisture. No warranty on any faults caused by moisture.
    Before purchasing I called them and specifically asked if an outside install was ok. Was Control Box electronics sealed against moisture. They said yes, no problem. Now, 18 months later, Control Box stopped working. Discovered moisture had built up on circuit board causing corrosion. The main circuit board is not sealed and is mounted horizontally so moisture will sit on board. Poor, poor design. This is a "Water Softener" key word is "Water". Their customer service will only communicate with you via e-mail, no phone calls. Takes overnight to get a response. They are not going to cover this under warranty. "BEWARE!" Do Not Do Business With This Vendor! ... show more

    The softener arrived quickly and was easily installed. Has been working very well. We have noticed an improvement in our water and we do not use near the salt of our old softener. The only thing that could have been better was 1) I would have appreciated an inventory sheet and 2) the instructions could have been better. I am not saying the instructions were bad but, there was a couple times where time would have been saved if I had known where all the pieces went before I started. Only minor setbacks though, nothing major. Bottom line is the unit looks good and works great! ... show more

      • GREAT WARRANTY
    We had it installed professionally. It took about 2 hours and they said it wasn't bad at all. It sure looks nice for sure. It's only been 2 days but so far it's great. The reason I chose this was the warranty. GREATEST I COULD FIND ANYWHERE!!!
