Spent about 2 hours assembling unit. Turned it on, motor made noise but did not spin the shaft or the mixer. Now they want me to spend another hour or so to disassemble and box back up and return the unit. I am unsure if they are covering the return shipment costs. If I have to pay for return, then we will have real issues. Update - decided to take motor unit apart rather than disassemble and return. Belt was off. Due to cheap sheet metal used motor would flex and angle of drive causes belt to run off gear. I redneck engineered it with spacing washer and fixed it. Works now but poorly designed. ... show more

I used this machine twice and found it a joy to work with. It is so simple to operate and it eliminates a lot of back breaking work. It mixes large amounts of concrete quickly a nd very effortless. It is easy to move to various work sites. And it cuts working time down tremendously. It is well constructed and has a powerful motor. Works great. Needs a little bit better direction .had to had to turn the drum a couple times to get it spinning .guessing it helped

This is actually my 2nd cement mixer from this seller. The first one I used heavily for about 3 years before giving it to my brother, who still occasionally uses it for small projects. This one was easy to assemble, and all the parts were there and in good condition. This is not a mixer for really large jobs, obviously, but for small ones, it is a good buy! ... show more

Used this to Pour a 5'x17' Little slab with footing. It worked great. Obviously it is not the thickest metal but the drum is sturdy and the motor plenty strong. I ran it non stop for 6 hours and mixed 84 Bags of 80lb Quikrete. It did not turn off or over heat the entire time. It will only mix 2 bags at a time but it does mix it very well. You have to add all your water first then add 1 bag let it mix a minute then add the second bag. But if you do it right it works great.. ... show more
