This bedframe came well packaged with detailed and illustrated instructions. It actually included extra parts for each of the small connector pieces! What a nice feature. Great for the price! Instructions were helpful and having parts packaged separately helped as we were assembling and following the steps. Instructions were clear parts were labeled accurately. I really liked that instructions accounted for extras as not to feel like we missed a step lol. Not too hard to assemble but it is easier with two people. The color is not as brown and rustic but it is still quite nice. It is taller than most sold here. We can seem to get our minds wrapped around the fact that we don’t need a box spring so we bought an Amazon basics one which makes our mattress sit higher. But my kids have jumped in our bed and nothing has broken. Recommend! ... show more

I would recommend this bed frame. Took about 2 hours to assemble it with two people. It is sturdy and doesn't creak like some others have mentioned. There is plenty of room underneath to store the big plastic tubs and you can't really see them with the bedding. I wish I could find a dust ruffle that would work on it but I haven't had any luck because of the way the legs and supports go. ... show more

It takes a while to put together. It came with extra bolts and clear instructions. It is a dark brown color and sort of a slight hammered finish.

We set this up in master. We are in older home so wanted something complementary to our house… this bed is perfect! We decided to keep our box springs and love the look. We can use under bed for storage…solid. No squeaky sounds. Lots of parts. Be patient when assembling!

This bed is an incredible value. Me & my husband put this together in less than an hour I’d say. Some of the screws do require exact precision to get them in correctly. There is absolutely no creaking or squeaking once assembled. The great part is that there are no cheap wood slats. The slats are the same metal as the headboard. The frame is very sturdy overall.
