My go to color has been this white jelly gel color. I tried a solid white but since I’m doing them myself I found solid white has little user error. I love that it’s a little bit opaque and forgiving. You can also add more layers to make it look less opaque. I usually do two coats. I combined this gel color with a silver chrome on top and it’s perfect for the holiday season! My steps: Nailpolish remover, nail dehydrator, nail tips, nail prep coat, base coat, gel color, gel color, top coat, chrome, top coat again. Wanted to do my nails for Halloween but I don't always have the time for nail art so this was perfect as it naturally ombres from black (cold) to red (warm) depending on my nail temperature. I did two thin coats for a more opaque effect. It was streaky at first but self levels well without too much fuss. I cured for 60s each coat in my lamp to cure followed by a glossy top coat. Excuse to he dodgy nail job, first time applying gel tips. Beautiful colour, was looking for something like a rose gold. I would recommend trying three coats or a pink base colour for a more opaque look. But as you can see in the picture two coats was good enough. I’m still getting used to doing my own gel, so excuse the bubbles. I love this polish so much, it gives such a nice jelly red shade that looks great on its own or layered with another color (pictured is the red with jelly black over it). Make sure you do thin coats, to avoid bubbling, and get a good UV lamp so it sets properly between uses. I purchased the sunUV lamp here on Amazon, and it works great. I also used the following products before and after this polish: 1. A nail dehydrator, 2. A nail primer, 3. A base coat (modelones brand), 4. This polish, 5. A top coat (modelones brand) I’m so happy I decided to try at home gel, as I prefer to paint my own nails but always mess them up waiting for them to set! ... show more

Love the color and incredible shine. But the manicure does not seem to last as well as other more flat colors. The gel peeled off my pinky nail in its entirety after 1 week. The manicure also erodes at the nail tips fairly quickly. Luckily, since the color is sheer, it is not too noticeable.

I do my own nails and I like to stick to neutral colors that aren’t too bright especially when wearing white polish that shows every detail from dirt to little micro mistakes when painting your own nails. This is a beautiful milky white that has a different shade level with each layer you paint on.
