I am not going to just put this in the freezer for 20 minutes to get the benefit. I'm going to put it in the freezer overnight. I wake up in the morning, put it behind my back to thaw it out, and then apply it to my face. I think it's helpful to reduce the swelling that occurs when using a CPAP. As pictured, easy to use, comes with specific instructions and a storage pouch. When worn it doesn’t touch underneath your eyes, so you have to push down on that part so it actually touches that part of your skin/face for it to have an effect, which is disappointing but still overall decent

I took a tumble a couple of days ago and ended up with 2 black eyes and a scraped forehead. Ouch! My makeshift ice packs leaked and were, in a word, inefficient. Someone mentioned I needed to use my mask after he saw me, saying I looked like a hockey player. Well, that sent me right to Amazon where I found this lifesaver. It arrived the day after I ordered it, and it is awesome. I love that I can see through the eye holes. I only used this mask twice and it's already leaking. I followed the instructions, but apparently they are inaccurate. I'm extremely disappointed as I suffer from terrible sinus headaches and was hoping this would help. **I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THIS COMPANY HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
