The price was good. But it wasn't Amazon refurbished for me. The person that sold the card bought it as Amazon refurbished. Used it quite a bit and then placed it back in the box well used and very dusty and sold it as Amazon refurbished again. The stickers were already broken from the person that bought it previously. So far the card works as it should. But the temps are sort of high because the card was well used before I got it and I'm almost certain it needs new paste and pads. But like I said. I recently decided to upgrade my GPU from an RTX 2070 Super to this and wow. Cleaner graphics, brighter colors, and very little to no frame tears. Not to mention the price point ($799 at the time of purchase), which simply cannot be beat. Incredibly happy and impressed.

Product came well packed, boxed and double bubble wrap. It wasn't the retail box and I didn't expect it would it was a renewed. All the manuals were included along with the required installation cable a great value for the price.
