Bought this for our son for Christmas. Not 2 weeks later and it is already broken. The cord snapped. So the vibrating and colors (which was the whole reason he wanted the chair) no longer work. Very disappointed.

It’s came with everything needed and some extra nuts if you go missing one. Chair alone is nice and the back massage is even better. It’s my first chair I have bought and I would say well worth the money for it. Bluetooth is buggy at first but after a minute of play audio through it, it seems to be good now. 10 out of 10 on the chair.     • Issue with the led lights and issue with getting it warrantied
The led lights only worked on one side on the back and 1 light on the seat. Selling trying to force me to change my review before they warranty it. Very poor policy I think. 11/21/22 according to what i see on this item it says it could be returned up tp 01/31/23 we have reached out to Amazon & manufacture and are getting the run around by both. I will be reporting both to the BBB and when we purchased this chair for our grandson Christmas gift we purchased it from AMAZON not the manufacture directly if this is the case I could place what ever we need from manufacture directly, even if we have to pay shipping. If we don't get our money back or a replacement we will CANCEL our Prime account with AMAZON. As of today we are not buying anything else from AMAZON.
