You sell this like we can all put this together by what has appeared to be the worst assembly instructions I have ever seen in my entire life. Also missing the front fender stays, and one housing for the wires and there was one brown piece of plastic that something is broken on it that I have no idea what it’s for. This is the kind of thing that you really need the brakes to work and everything to work properly.. after numerous hours of working on this, I am taking it to a bike shop so they can finish the brakes and make sure that everything is on properly: you guys should’ve put a little more effort into giving people better instructions on how to put this together rather than your horrible pictures and labeling nothing. I’m sure once it’s done, I’ll love the bike but I don’t know yet. Seriously disappointed by not getting it put together by now. ... show more

We purchased 2 of the trikes, we chose to have a well known Bike Shop assemble them, actually when they are put together they are attractive and seem quite well built, no plastic. We have/had some technical problems on one of the bikes, can't get headlight on or the speedometer, the other one was perfect. Of course we were unhappy but not one but two techs contacted us and have done their best to trouble shoot with us seniors lol to no avail, they quickly shipped us a new controller, there are many of these type bikes on the market and although the price is lower on GeeMax I would argue that they are far from low end, entry level yes but we love them so far.
