I’m so excited to get this bike. It really looks good in the beginning. I got it fair and 80% put together. How hard could it be?. Directions to put together impossible. I did take it to a bike shop to get the brakes put on. After that, I was frustrated because there was still stuff that was impossible to figure out from what they give you as instructions.. I was gonna send it back after a month and a half of being frustrated. Finally, they told me to give them my WhatsApp number and the gentleman on the other side got me to get everything that I needed to be. Put together.. we are in two different time zone so so somehow he texted me through and then there was the basket which was hard. Could that be? Lol then I texted him again and said can you show me how to put the basket together but she’ll show a video. He sent it and I said oh that’s what those parts are for.? I did recommend that they have these videos available but contacting the support made it so much easier to put this bike together.. I’m writing it now and I love it save yourself some frustration contact them right away. If you can’t find any video to put it together and they will help you and send you.. other than that it’s a great looking bike and it rides very nice. ... show more
