    • Never, In The History Of Human Endeavor Have Instructions Been So Poor...
I haven't even tried the trike yet... But I felt it was my duty to humanity to warn you that if you aren't a very savvy airline engineer or similar, you will NEVER get this put together. The instruction booklet is an absolute joke. The pictures were taken from approximately 25,000 feet in the air, with absolutely NO lighting. You can't see a thing. There are like 3 little pages which look like this: tiny picture of wheels in place with the instructions "mount the wheels". The video they suggest you look at? No words, just annoying music as the video flashes by in warp speed. You need to slow it down as far as possible to even get a glimpse of what they are talking about. I'm an arthritic 65 year old woman and I had to pay a bright, experienced person $25 an hour to put this thing together and it took them from 11 AM to 4 PM. This company put more effort into the basket bag (very nice quality) than they did on anything else. And by the way, you will not be able to use the pieces of metal to hold the basket in place.... just use zip ties. Frankly, I'm concerned about the quality of the trike after seeing how little thought and effort was put into the instructions. If you are NOT a mechanic, just take the whole box to your local bike shop and give it to them and tell them good luck! ... show more

I really love this bike. It was a lot less expensive than a golf cart, which, golf cart prices are out of hand. I put this bike together myself. I took my time, working on it periodically and had it assembled in a week or so. Very easy to maneuver.

Have spinal cord damage lost sence of balance. Have 20 speed bicycle can't ride, using cane limits mobility. Legs get weaker everyday. So got second childhood early ,bought this Big Tricycle.( Adult 3 wheeler). Because physical therapy would cost more. Took 1/2 day to build. 80% built if you included them welding the frame. Put steering stem &handle bar together , mounted wheels &fenders, brake calipers ,seat and post ,basket and zippered basket liner (has water resistant zipper)with 5 out of 6 plastic stiffeners, headlight and rear reflectors , e bike display , connected front wheel drive motor electric connection and wire tied cable to fork. Took for about 6 mile test drive on paved trail, going thru all 5 assist and full throttle (20mph) no problems. It was fun! Didn't even use any battery by the gauge. At 20mph it got a little scary.( Thinking about sudden maneuvers was the scary part). When front is folded put a stool under front. Unless you need what little difference in length it makes you will probably never use it. Need to adjust the rear brakes. And I got green penetrateing locktite that I'm going to apply so things don't come apart. If I had to return it, I didn't want everything glued in place . hopefully I won't get any flats before I wear out the tires. figure I would go to tubless later. Otherwise just needs minor adjustments for seat height and tilt . Fire proof bag to carry battery when I lock 🔐 it up and helmet . Update: 25miles ride almost everyday.1 tie the folding lock closed with thick tye wrap or bailing wire. No fun if unlocks at wrong time. 2 Inclines need to be hit straight on . 3 best for level or fairly flat surfaces. No suspension,if rear wheel goes off of a sidewalk, or on uneven tilted surfaces it takes you where it wants to go. You think you're going to tip over. It's scary then. Riden m/c for 20+ year's and this scare's me when it decides to go it's own way. Me and my dog love it. ... show more

The instruction manual is absolutely horrendous, the video they give you to watch is awful, and all around assembly was one of my worst nightmares, unfolding the bike alone, was almost enough to cause me to return this thing, but I countinued, the bike runs decent, but if you want a good adult trike, this could be your first stop, you probably won't stick around. ... show more

    • Ridiculous instructions
You receive a bag of bolts and screws with pictures in instructions. Tutorial is out of sequence to assemble. If you’re not mechanically inclined, pass on this one. Waiting for refund. Battery won’t charge and company is ridiculous to work with. They want a video of it not charging!! Really.

    • Forced to spend another $100
Seller sold me an unusable tricycle. The battery doesn’t power the bike on at all. I contacted the seller and they told me that if I wanted to use my bike I needed to spend another 300 dollars to buy a new battery. Which is unacceptable after I spent 900$ for the bike.
