Ordered 2 for my parents. Directions are a joke! It’s a few pictures and that’s about it. The video link wasn’t any more helpful. My Dad and my husband are amazing mechanics (Dad-cars and hubby Aircraft) the amount of trouble trying to figure out what goes where is insane. Literally nothing is together. A bag of screws and bolts and you have to figure it out. No idea why there are arrows on the brake disks. If the arrow goes the way the tire turns then it’s backwards from what we saw in a picture. But the scrapes down to the metal is ridiculous! And they lie and say it includes taillights! Reflectors are NOT taillights!! No respond to a return request when only 1 of the 2 work! 1 was missing parts. 6 days ago we requested a return and nothing! We thought Amazon was secure. This is not ok. ... show more

This was very hard to put to gether & the instructions were a little hard to figure out. I finally had to pay a man who owns a small engine repair shop. He said they were hard to figure out & there were some bolts missing. I had a hard to controling it but that is probably because of lack of strength in my arms. ... show more

Major issue: Electronics displays an Error Code. Cannot get brakes to work properly. Some low quality issues; Basket is assembled with zip ties. Bike looks nice once assembled, however directions poor. Seller does not respond. Cannot find guidance on the internet to correct Error Code. Bought this for my mom 78yrs but she could not get on it, then with seat lowered, she could not peddle, shanks were too long and hard on her knees. The peddle assists is good, when I assembled the bike, it had no directions, had to go to YouTube. I have one back tire that I could not get the breaks set right. Then read reviews again and found out about tire warping in a lot of reviews, looked at mine sure enough mine is too, so break drags more then the other side. having problem with back rest it does not stay tight and back large basket is a joke had to zip tie it together to get it to stop falling apart on every bump. My mom said it is a bit tippy, she feels on some conners she might tip over. I thought when I bought it the bike would fit through doors so you could store it in the house but that's not an option either. other that all of these disappointments it seems to run well, I'll see how fast mom goes thru breaks. So, it's ok for the price but defiantly get what you pay for, not American made. ... show more

So far so good with this etrike. Out of the package, everything was fairly self explanatory. Aside from mounting the fenders first, you could build this in any order with no issue. Bought this for my someone closer to the higher end of weight limit and its performed well. At 6 foot 4, I can ride it comfortably. My 7 year old can ride it easily, though she should be a bit taller. The electric assist is pretty incredible. Level 1 will do the job and level 4 can get me to 20kmph in about 10 good pushes, level 5 even moreso. Battery has held up well so far. Our park is .9 miles away and we've made multiple trips on a single charge, including riding around the 1.2m lake loop and our daughter bulldogging it around the stadium parking lot. Cons: The seat back slides up and down when pushed, we fixed it with a few zip ties Instructions weren't in box but the seller was able to get us a video link right away Basket and fenders rattle a bit loudly on rough roads Front wheel drive torque can spin out on grass/sand/gravel Shipping was super fast. The trike is wobbly when riding. While unpacking the bike I noticed several damaged parts. I chose not to return the trike because I knew I could fix all the issues for the most part. And I hate packing a bunch of parts back into a box. I am not impressed and would not recommend this trike!
