I, female aged 58, put this together alone over the course of 3 days and partial nights. The tools provided were of the variety they sell at any standard dollar store. Extra tools were needed, which I purchased. There were no paper instructions, only e-mail instructions linking to a pdf document. They were translated to English and were sorely lacking. I put the trike together enough to ride it down to the bike shop, where they fixed all the things I could not have anticipated due to the instructions not mentioning anything about it. WIsh i can put half a star or zero stars, I Purchased this bike but it wasnt how i expected it to be, didnt even assemble the bike at all and they wont accept returns even though it states Returnable until Jan 31, 2024 makes no sense. Battery case was broken in several place with some pieces missing. The box was torn and punctured. We will attempt putting the bike together, but want a new battery. These are really nice trikes They hard to put together without any directions The bikes are all together. One bike works great. Both batteries are fully charged one batter just clicks with no power to the monitor I need help Thank You Norm Olsen

    • Motor doesn't charge
The electric motor never worked. It shows 3 bars on the motor but not bars on the sensor. It will not run. I've tried contacting vendor but no response. The bike itself is in good shape except chain guard is plastic and doesn't fit correctly.
