I am a property manager who owns many rental units. I purchased water heaters for one of my rental properties, and in total, I bought seven of them. Within less than a year, I had to replace them all. In one instance, the water heater inexplicably consumed excessive power, causing the main breaker to trip. Each time my tenant attempted to use the shower, the breaker would turn off. In another case, the breaker became extremely hot, prompting us to switch to a different brand. This water heater does not work as advertised. Water does not reach the set temperature. I live on the gulf coast in a very mild climate and have yet to see 120 degree water. It is extremely difficult to install as stated in other reviews. The unit has to be wired and plumbed before you can even put the cover on which has to be screwed on from the back. Then it hangs on the wall like a picture. It’s a horrible product. Do not purchase it. And the only way to get a refund or exchange it you have to ship it back. So you have to purchase a new one before you can even get a refund. Very disappointed. ... show more
