There is not a lot of information out about the 2019 Ford Ranger, but these spacers fit perfectly and 1" with the factory wheels adds just the right amount to get them to the edge of the fenders instead of the stock "tucked" in look. 1inch was perfect only problem had to cut 1/2 inch off every stud on truck so I could bolt my rims on wheel spacer. 1 1/2 would of worked better . No cutting required.
