It wasn't confusing. It's got directions right on the side of it, as well as its own booklet with images to make it that more user friendly. I don't have to look any further.I have to send more packages back. This is the one I didn't even have to add water. So my husband has been using it for a little while now. I'll list the noise level as the best thing about this juicer. I absolutely love that I am not pissed off at night when he's making his fruit drinks for the morning, he typically does this at night. It's not very loud, it probably will not disturb the wife at night if she's sleeping. The second thing I appreciated was the easy self explanatory way to put everything together, nothing else to be said. Third is the overall look of the juicer, it's a very nice sleek design that fits well for most decor styles. If you're into that kind of thing, you will probably appreciate the style. The juicer is fairly simple to clean, comes with a little brush to help with all that pulp etc. The knob is used to turn on the juicer and used for speed levels.     • A juicer for the price of a blade
Ok, at $100 it's $25 more than the blade replacements for my old juicer. This juicer makes juice quickly and easily after giving it a little soap and water. The design is very reminiscent of some other juicers I've owned over the years. I had one die and one age slowly. For this round, I decided to give this GDOR juicer a try. The only problem I have found after a couple days of use is that there is nowhere I have been able to find to order a replacement blade. This is the number one part you will have to replace because they dull over time. The actual cutting part (the flat circular blade with three screws) is very similar to other blades available, I just haven't been able to confirm one or another will fit. The basket itself is a little more permissive than my previous juicers. The mesh is more like perforated steel (think tiny drilled holes) rather than a woven mesh. I kind of hate the included brush, the bristles feel too short. Any old brush on a stick will do to clean the basket/blade. The parts all fit tightly together. The motor speeds are distinct and powerful. The juice collector (my words) around the basket kind of holds on to the juice. It's worth a tip at the end of your juicing to get the rest out. Also, the collection cup (my words) feels small for such a powerful juicer. The pulp is a little damp, but not runny. That's pretty good considering a better juicer would triple or quadruple the price. So, it's a mixed bag. I think this would make a very good intro juicer to someone who wants to try juicing for the first time. It would work well for someone who wants to use it in a harsh environment where it could be damaged (the name brand juicers are delicate flowers). Or, it would be good for someone who occasionally juices and wants a budget friendly gadget. At just a few dollars more than the replacement blade price of the name brand juicers, it's an overall good deal. ... show more

I’ve been using the GDOR 1300W Juicer for about a week now, and at around $100, it’s proving to be a fantastic value. This juicer is impressively powerful, easily handling even tougher ingredients like celery. The fast action means I’m not spending all morning juicing, and the large 3.2” feed chute makes prep time minimal. The trim form factor fits nicely on my kitchen counter without taking up too much space, and overall, I’m really pleased with the performance and value for money. I love juicing but I hate the excess mess of the left over pulp which ends up wasting so much juice. I’ve tried another well known brand before, and with how much fresh produce costs these days, why would I want to continue wasting money on a machine that gets only half of the juice out of fruit? This machine does really well with that. The leftover pulp is practically dry, almost looks like mulch or grass clippings. This contraption gets out so much juice and I like the wider chute opening. Getting things like apples through there are a lot easier and makes quick work during the juicing process. This is also nice looking enough to leave out on the counter as well. My other machine didn’t look that great as far as aesthetics go, but the stainless steel look to this makes it a tad more “ dressy “ in terms of counter top aesthetics. As far as price point is concerned, juicers can run you from $80- hundreds of dollars. I think this one is definitely a quality juicer for its price. ... show more
