    Got our chairs today and I love them. The color and fabric is exactly what I wanted. They are comfortable and firm. These are small chairs that fit both my husband and I perfectly. I'm 5'3" and he's 5'9" so we're not tall, but my 6'1" son liked the fit as well. They lay pretty flat, so napping might be on today's agenda. The foot rest is stiff at first but after several times of raising it, it has already loosened up. I don't find it difficult to but the footrest down, and I'm physically handicapped. I wiuld definitely recommend if you're looking for an inexpensive chair that looks great and functions well. I'll update my review after a few weeks. ... show more

    Chair is nicely made, and pretty easy to put together; back is in three pieces and slides on; it's pretty heavy and seems sturdy. It is very comfortable if you are sitting for a short time, and I like the firmness of the seat. It swivels extremely well; if I'm not sitting straight in the middle, or am leaning (or holding a grandchild) towards one side orthe other, it swivels to that side (my floors are even, I guess the chair is just well balanced). It reclines easily, but putting the foot rest back down takes some effort, and then I have to REALLY push it back into the locking position after standing up. The reclining position is not the greatest, as the backrest is too short, and you have to be sitting all the way back into the chair, and almost fight to hold it fully reclined. Because of the low backrest, it's not comfortable for me to sit in for any great length of time, ie reading or watching tv, because there's no head/neck/shoulder support. I'm 5'3" and medium build, and have never had this issue with a recliner. I'm moving it to the game room, only because I got it for a great price and it seems sturdy; but I will go to a physical store to "try on" it's replacement. ... show more

    One of the worst chairs I have ever sat in. I do not understand the other reviews since sitting in this chair is a challenge. The locking mechanism has to be manually closed down, CS claims that it needs to be broken in over time in order to work properly. You are constantly swinging one direction or the other since the chair will not stay still. The whole thing reminds me of those pony spring rides in park which go bouncing all around. Shipping package was too badly damaged to send back so I am stuck with this and I will stick it somewhere out of the way. The chair does look nice and was easy to assemble but for the money it should be better. Two months in and it is still impossible to close down the foot rest without getting out of the chair and manually pushing it back into place. CS claimed that this is just until the mechanism gets broken in. How many more months? ... show more

    I spent hours trying to find a decent recliner that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. This one is very easy to assemble. The seat is sturdy with no sinking feeling. I am 5 foot 5 inches tall and weigh 180 pounds and the chair holds up well without taking up a ton of space. It rocks, rotates and reclines. Good chair for a good price! ... show more

      • Okay, not great.

    We purchased this rocker/recliner to replace the Delta rocker from Target in my daughters room. We used that chair for a year and a half but it sat to low for us and did not recline. I’ll start with the positives of this chair- Great compact size, super easy to assemble. Other than that i’m not sure I have a lot of positives to say. The chair is VERY firm, stitching on the back is completely uneven so I’ve covered it with a pillow (stuff like that drives me nuts) When you put yourself in the recline position your legs are more at a downward angle unless you lay all the way back. It’s also very difficult to close the recliner down. That may get easier over time. For reference I’m 5’4” and when I sit back in the chair my legs dangle about an inch off the ground so I need to have a pillow behind my back to rock comfortably. My husband is 5’9” and says the chair is perfect for him. The chair does lay almost completely flat which is nice. It does take some effort pushing back to get it flat though but once there it holds well. I would say you get what you pay for but the $200 rocker we got 10 years ago from Ashley Furniture was much better than this quality and comfort wise and much less money. My hope is that it grows more comfortable over time! 🤞🏼. The great reviews are what sold me on this chair so I wanted to leave a honest review of my experience so far. It’s very difficult to purchase a chair online and everyone has a different opinion on comfort. This one just missed the mark for me. Best of luck! ... show more

    Overall very nice chair. We bought it for use in the nursery. The baby and I spend a lot of time together on this chair. It's held up nicely between all the rocking, swiveling and reclining. The arms are a perfect height for holding the baby. Assembly took 10 minutes and was fairly easy to do. The chair is not huge like a lot of typical recliners but I appreciate that because I had to put it in a small room. The only negative was that I thought I was buying a grey leather chair but it's more microfiber in material. The material is very soft and the stich details is done well. I was just hoping for a material easier to clean but this is a very nice chair. ... show more

It's comfortable, it swivels and reclines back to a sleeping position.
