You flip the couch upside down and screw on the four legs. There is a black locking washer that sits between each leg and the couch.     • Perfect if you are looking for a small, inexpensive, and firm couch.

This is a small, but fantastic couch if you are looking for something for a small area. I am 5' and can sit sideways with my legs straight out in front of me, or sit forward with my legs tucked under me. Would not recommend for sleeping or napping on. The cushion is firm so if you want a couch you could sink into, look elsewhere. However if you value good posture like I do, this is a great couch. The length of back support is on the shallow side, if you prefer more length to lean against, perhaps you could swap out the seat for a less firm and less tall block of foam- or you could find a different couch. It is a relief to find a couch that accommodates my height– I can sit comfortably with my knees bending at the correct place with my calves perpendicular to the floor (no more being forced to feel like a child on a huge couch with legs awkwardly hovering above floor). Not good for two adults snuggling. Great for sitting solo with room for laptop, books, pet, etc. Arrived very fast. Super easy to assemble (all you need to do is screw the legs in using the provided plastic washers). Color is true to image (I purchased the muted blue). ... show more

So when it first arrived I was more than happy with the purchase - it's pretty, lightweight and perfect for small spaces. However it turned out to be very fragile. I leaned on the armrest shortly after I bought it and heard a loud crack of breaking wood., and I wasn't leaning with my full body, just the arm. Later that day I had guests over, and one of them leaned casually on another armchair - same thing! loud crack of breaking wood. My guest freaked out thinking he broke my furniture, and I had to calm them down saying - yep, that's how fragile it was as I had discovered earlier that morning. So now I have a couch with definite broken armrests that I can feel under the fabric and I had to learn not to lean on armrests. Summary: the love seat is very good looking and good for small spaces but not recommending to buy if you plan to sit on it. For the price, I'm disappointed. ... show more

Great for my bedroom turned game room. Technically it is pretty dang firm. This is not a soft cushy loveseat... But it seems like it'll wear a little and I have a yak ottoman to put my feet up on so I don't think it'll be a big deal. When you get it, there's a zipped section under the couch... We actually really like this little couch, it goes perfectly in our space, it's pretty comfortable and very cute. My only complaining is that we've only owned it two months and a button has already popped out, so it looks a bit dilapidated now. So that's disappointing.

I adore this little couch. It's so cute and the perfect size. I was looking for the perfect reading chair or chaise and I love this because I can lay down and read and use the armrest/back as a head rest. I'm 5'5 so it's comfortable for me and I like to lay my legs in lots of different positions while I read. It's not extremely comfortable for sitting up right for long periods of time, I think the back rest is a little low, but overall it's a very comfortable place to sit. ... show more

I ordered it to help complete the front area of my employer's new office space, and was pleased at both the quality and the color, which is true to photo.
