This cart comes "mostly" assembled. The finishing touches are to clip on the two main wheels (no tools needed) and the front wheel (needs a Philips screwdriver). Al in, it probably took less than 10 mins to have this fully assembled and the bag strapped on. The bag straps are plenty long enough to go round a fairly big golf bag and, once attached, the bag feels secure. The balance on the cart is good, it pulls and pushes easily. The handle is adjustable meaning it's suitable for folks of different heights. After use the cart folds up about as small as you would expect for a cart like this. We are not golf-pros at all, so others may have differing opinions but this cart is great for us. 5 stars ... show more
