Computer was in great shape, however the charger had one of its 110v blades bent over at about 45 degrees. When I tried to straighten it, the blade broke. I cant find a replacement charger. I dont want to return the entire computer, I am hoping customer service will read this and contact me.

The computer is basically broken. Once it was arrived, the battery bloated, it didn't run smoothly, and was lagging most of the time. You guys should be ashamed to yourselves

Normally refurbished laptops work. Here, I had three of five that were practically unusable. I found out that the charger did not work. This wasted two hours per machine as I have a pretty robust set up process. I am disappointed I wasted so much time

it does the job relatively well. only complaint is that its slightly slow, but its a very easy fix, just buy some new RAM for it. its relatively cheap. but this is decent quality for how much it was.

The media could not be loaded. It’s not slow it came charge it came at a perfect time And it’s cheap not that expensive really good protection one thing is I only can download things in the App Store but overall it’s amazing

This technical details for this computer says it has ‎4 GB DDR4 RAM and a 128 GB SSD Hard Drive. It does not have either. The storage is eMMC, which means it's built into the motherboard. The SSD Drive from my old Gateway laptop could not be placed into this computer because there is nowhere to put it. There is no way AT ALL to increase the RAM in the computer.
