About 75 percent of the time, the laptop does not turn on. I have to unscrew and open up the entire bottom panelling, disconnect the battery, wait for it to eventually drain, then reconnect and plug it back in and hope it turns on. It's a huge inconvenience. I tried contacting Gateway as per Amazon's advice but they have been unable to help. As of now I plan on returning the item. ... show more
