It wasn't bad to assemble. You will probably need a second person to help assemble because of the weight. Instructions were pretty good. I haven't used it a lot yet but seems solid and accurate. I really like that it had the ocellating feature for sanding. I have a small shop and that will save having a second machine. Although having a knob for variable speed would be nice the belts are not difficult to change and that saved money. ... show more
