Love love love this gardening bag! The material is thick, and after several weeks of use is holding up without a problem. There is plenty of space inside the bag to store other odds and ends that you might use when gardening like seeds, knee rest, additional tools, etc. with pockets lining the inside. So with the pockets inside and outside the bag you have a total of 18 pockets which really helps with keeping things organized. I would say is the only downside is that there is no way to close the bag, it just stays open. All of the tools included are great, and I have especially loved the weeding tool—it’s a game changer for removing stubborn weeds! One of the gloves has a set of plastic “claws” attached to each finger which helps to dig or remove things. It comes with a tote bag, shears that lock, gloves (one with hard plastic fingers for digging in dirt), 2 different sized shovels, 2 different style rakes, 1 weeder, and 1 spray bottle. The tools are all easy to use. The tools aren't super professional, but they are sturdy enough to do the job and hold up nicely. The shears can be easily unlocked with one hand which can be helpful when you're holding something and you realize you need it. They cut size appropriate branches without force and are easy to use for grooming/pruning your plants/trees. The tote bag is a good size that can be used for a multitude of things. It's canvas so it's sturdy and stitched well. It's stiff enough to hold itself up but is collapsible for storage. The handles are short so can only be used for hand carry and not over the shoulder. It has a ton of pockets of various sizes both inside and outside. Some pockets are open, some are velcro shut. There's a woven bungie to help secure taller items being stored in the outside pockets on both sides of the bag. Inside the bag has a hard plastic bottom that's removable. It helps hold the bag open when using. Inside pockets are plastic lined. It has 8 total pockets inside and 10 total pockets outside. The material of the bag is easy to clean and dries quickly when it gets wet. It is an attractive design and color. There are lots of tools with this, but even without them the carrier is very heavy. If you add tools, especially electric ones with batteries (e.g pruners), and a water bottle it weighs as much as a small suitcase. Love that there's a bag to carry around the garden and store the tools in. Now I will have them all at one time to use whichever one I need. Having the bag is great- a place for my phone and even a bottle of water plus more when I'm going to a plant swap or somewhere to dig up some plants to take home. Cons: These aren't high quality tools, The edges are rough so don't rub your fingers on them without being careful. These are maybe dollar/discount store quality for the metal part. The handle is a bit above dollar store quality - formed nicely and even has rubber grip but still plastic and honestly the grip ridges are for a larger hand than mine though these thicker handles may be good for someone who has arthritis. If you look at the photos of the way the metal connects to the handle- probably just slid in and glued, you can decide on your own how long you believe these tools will work for your soil conditions. The metal is supposedly stainless steel according to item name but seems more like aluminum as listed in the "about this item" section. I will be surprised if they don't show signs of pitting if not cleaned after each use and I honestly work until dark often and admit to not cleaning my tools every night and sometimes even forgetting them outside so they get covered in dew during the morning. Thickness of the metal - the planting shovel (what they call small trowel) that has the 1-4 inch lines stamped into the front, the stamp can be seen on the other side of the blade and I didn't even think the stamp was very deep. The fork tool (listed as cultivator in their photos) with the 3 tines coming straight out of the handle, I can have the tines give with just some pressure from my thumb and 2 fingers so I foresee it bending if I try this near a tree root or a stone in the ground. Not exactly what I consider heavy duty as the item name states. I referred back to the photos in the listing to understand why the elastic band doesn't have a way to tighten it. I see that it was meant to hold the metal portion of the tools to make it easier to grab the correct tool when reaching for it. But then that makes me question what I should be using the pocket. that is between the lower pocket and the band which will then be blocked but the tool. Also without a way to tighten the band it will be useless after a bit of use when elastic starts to dry out or if the rough edges of the tools fray it and maybe cut through it. I like having a bag but the functionality was not thought out in the design. This will work for me at home for this year and possibly part of next. I tend not to spend lots of money on quality tools since I admit to not being the best at maintenance. Plus I have several garden areas so having the bag is nice and I also like having multiple sets of tools for when I have friends or family over to help. This is liftable to an amateur gardener or someone that doesn't mind that it's not high quality. It would actually be a great raffle prize for a garden club. ... show more

This is a perfect first time gardening kit! It has everything you need and it is all in one cute and useful storage tote bag. It includes a weeder, pruner, spray bottle, hand rake, soil scoop, small trowel, cultivator, garden gloves, so literally all the basic needs for digging, transplanting, weeding etc... simply just gardening! I think this would make a perfect gift for someone who loves gardening. I got it for myself because I kept loosing my gardening tools, always placing them somewhere then I forgot where I put them.
