  • Finally, A Perfect Eye Health Supplement
Was looking for an eye supplement that did not contain the usual Vit E, Zinc, or copper. (The usual Vitamin E a-tocopherol raises cholesterol. I am now taking delta and gamma Vit E from an A anatto source) Garden of Life’s Eye Health is fantastic product- I can tell from day 1 that it is helping my eye health. Glare is no longer a problem. My eyesight is crisper and I find there is less fatigue. I cannot wait to see the results after 6 months! ... show more

  • Good but too expensive
The Garden of Life Herbals Eye Health Supplement is definitely a high-quality product. The ingredients are carefully chosen to promote eye health, and the formula really showcases Garden of Life’s dedication to natural, herbal-based supplements. After using this product, I’ve noticed that my eyes feel less strained after long hours of staring at a computer screen, which is a great benefit. However, there is one big drawback: the price. While the supplement works well, it is quite expensive compared to similar products. If you are on a budget, this might not be the most cost-effective choice, despite its great quality. The high cost may put it out of reach for some consumers, even though the benefits are clear. ... show more

  • Should come with a warning label
I took this only one time, because the side effects were so extreme for me. 2 hours after taking this I experienced dizziness and extreme tiredness. I looked up each of the ingredients, and found that calendula can act as a sedative. This product has a significant amount of calendula. Something should be on the label to let people know this can happen. I clearly cannot take it again, as I don't want to feel that way again. ... show more

  • I Do Find The Formula Helpful, But....
Every day is a struggle for my eyes. They tire easily and I have to be careful about how much screen time, proper nutrition, quality of sleep, and of course which supplements to take. I was initially frustrated by the ingredient mix in this formula (still am) but I have found it to be helpful and so the next question is whether or not I plan to continue with it. ...I plan to at least try another bottle to see if it still helps. My eyes have not been as tired or felt as strained when using this formula. Fluke? We'll see, I will test it out. I do use blue-light filters on all my devices and before this I was taking a different combination of eye supplements, but still I would struggle with my vision feeling "bleached" after a while (those who experience that feeling will know what I'm talking about). However when taking this supplement it did perk up my eyes a bit and my vision didn't feel as depleted. I am however frustrated by the low amounts of black currant and bilberry in this formula. In the past I have taken anywhere between 100-300mg of bilberry alone each day. This formula has a very low amount of bilberry AND black currant (15mg), and there is no indication of how much C3G you are getting (C3G is the main anthocyanin found in dark fruits like blackberries and black currants). I could take more of these separately, but honestly why put them in there in such low amounts? I am also not a fan of safflower or sunflower oils (they are normally considered inflammatory oils), but if they help my vision, I'll just shut my mouth and take them at this point. Okay well I will experiment with another bottle to see if this formula still helps. Once I have more to report I will update this review. ... show more
