We’ve been potty training for a few months. Child was good to go with urine but kept having issues with bowel movements. Never getting bowel movements in the toilet. Put child on a different probiotic (culturelle gummy) and didn’t see any change in behavior. Decided we’d try this probiotic as it has different probiotics. We provide probiotics at bedtime. THE NEXT DAY, child had a bowel movement on the toilet and has had them daily since (about 2 weeks). Wish we had tried these months ago! The media could not be loaded. I have been giving my kids this probiotic for over a year. I brought it to my kids' doctor so they could look at the ingredients and they approved. I love that it's a chewable and not a gummy so it doesn't get stuck in their teeth. They love the taste of it. So it's a win-win! ... show more

I ended up using these for myself, as my kids were not a fan of the flavor. They did seem to help with my tummy though. So that was a bonus. Gave a 4 due to the kids not liking the taste.
