Anyone who's struggled with oral health knows that the culprit is most commonly bacteria (probably s. mutans), so it made sense to consider a bacterial remedy. After trying a wide range of potential solutions over my lifetime, I was not optimistic, and was prepared to just discard these pills if they were as ineffective as everything else I've tried. Let me just state unequivocally that these pills have made a huge change in my life. Not 100 % corrected, but I'd say 90-95% corrected, and that is a gigantic, significant difference. First off, a disclaimer...I am not regimented enuf to be a steady use reviewer. But they do give me a sense of them working. Lol I was real anxious about how gross they would taste or make my tummy feel. They are surprisingly subtle mint. The tablets are quite hard, so they do take some crunching. The saliva and tablet mixture is not disgusting to swallow... Not too sure if you are meant to spit, as the instructions are vague. On the level of " consult your dentist for directions". So that's not terribly helpful. I have tried both, swallowed and spit. I saw some other ones for sale on Amazon that had directions to hold in mouth for like 30min and spit. They go so far as to say don't drink or eat for an hr afterwards. I tried to implement those directions with these tablets. Left me feeling that they did help. I have a weird bump on my top set, near the facial skin & jaw/root. It did seem to be even less engorged after using these. I got them bc I have some gum recession on my bottom front teeth. But I don't use them enuf to make any change on those, yet. Only issue for me is the lack of instruction and maybe the hardness for those with issues crunching. ... show more

At first I will say that this product worked! I’ve been dealing with bad breath here and there for quite some time now and just couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth. So I tried these and they worked! They didn’t taste nasty and they really did neutralize my bad breath. However, as time went on I started noticing that I would get these rashes on my face and my lips started breaking out. I do have a soy allergy so I thought maybe I just consumed too much in a day. But after reading the other reviews of allergic reaction claims, I stopped taking the probiotic to see what would happen. My face is now clearing up and my lips are now going back to normal. I read the ingredients before purchasing and nothing on there listed anything I was allergic to. I’m not sure what wasn’t agreeing with my body but I can no longer take these. To state again, they did work for me! But it’s just not worth the toll was taking on my skin. At all! ... show more

I’ve only used it a month and have noticed changes! My teeth feel stronger , my breath is fresher . I have been diagnosed with a teeth grinding problem at night so , no wonder my teeth needed some strength . I’d recommend and the flavor just tastes like a peppermint .

According to the bottle and the company website, this product is not vegan and uses dairy in production. The bottle says vegetarian and lactose free and the site clarifies that it could contain casein as it is fermented with dairy like most probiotics. If that doesn't bother you, much more affordable options are available. If you're willing to pay more for a vegan product like I am, don't buy this! ... show more
