It seems to be made well. It is easy to carry, you have a shoulder strap, and two handle that Velcro together, and because of the insert, the bottom stays sturdy. Got it the same day I ordered it, and the price was right. Even with two cats in it, it worked great. The color I got is nice too. I also like the fact that it stores very easy, doesn’t take up too much room like the plastic ones. The two cats were comfortable in it, not much room to move around, but they were content. One cat is about 8 pounds, and the other, about 4-5 pounds. The one thing I was concerned about, but not too overly concerned, was a couple of the zippers were pulled apart. Great cat carrier for our two cats. Very easy to use and lightweight carrier. The carrier allows the cats to see with the large meshed panels on the sides and top. I read about a strong odor with these cat carriers. Neither of the 2 has any odor that I can detect. Easy to put together and very roomy and good ventilation - lots of mesh. My cats are exploring the bags now and I will let them get familiar before using them on a trip in the car. The zippers are good and has sturdy grab handles and a shoulder strap. The mesh is thick so no worries about my cats clawing through it. Overall these are much better than a rigid cat carrier. It folds up easily for storage and it's easy to clean. ... show more

I do kitty rescue and I've bought at least 15 carriers and these are by far my favorite. Very high quality, very sturdy & lots of room. I love how you can keep the sides closed, so it stays dark inside, or they all open up so they can see out from all sides. I highly recommend! I give it 10 stars 🌟

The carrier arrived on time, and in good condition. It's nice to have the roll up "window blinds" on both sides. The flexibility to have it closed or open for cat to see out in nice. No complaints here and would recommend this company.
