I purchased this chair for my daughter and she loves it. That said, we did get the white chair with pink accent. We are very happy with the colors. Packaging: The box was slightly damaged and seemed like the chair was returned and sealed again poorly, but once we opened it, the chair was well packaged and no issues. Assembly: I think the chair was really easy to assemble. The directions are clear and I followed everything step-by-step and completed assembly in less than 30 minutes. The wheels popped in place very easily. When I was done, the chair had a tilt to the right, so I loosened the screws securing the back of the chair to the seat and was able to straighten the back rest and tighten again without issue. Comfort: My daughter likes it a lot. She loves the leg rest. I have not sat in it long enough to judge it, but will say that I am 6'1" and can easily fit I this chair -- very wide seat. What is really cool is reclining the chair and using the leg rest. My daughter said she can sleep on this chair (she is 5'2"). Quality: The materials feels like it will hold-up well over time, but we will need to see if that is true or not. The base of the chair is a dull black plastic piece. I was initially surprised about the appearance, but did notice it was very sturdy. Now that the chair is assembled, I think it suits the chair well and the rest of the chair is what catches your eye. I am happy with the quality of every aspect of the chair. If the chair was for an adult, I might question how sturdy the leg rest is, but not an issue for us. Overall: There are cheaper chairs, but I think this chair has a great price range and you can see the difference between this chair and the cheaper desk chairs. I would recommend it to anyone looking at desk chairs. ... show more

Love it! It’s a big chair and I thought it was narrow but its wide and comfy also. Customer service is also great! I had some parts missing and then I contacted the seller he/she replied after prob like an hour later. Mind you I’ve received the chair on the 5th and messaged the seller on the 6th then the parts arrived today (the 9th). Quick and Easy plus the seller made sure to give additional information with pictures such as an extra chair assembly manual and to not get the handles installed on the wrong side. I’ve had this chair for about a year and a half now and feel I’ve been able to get a solid feel for the pros and cons. This chair is great for someone just getting into gaming and doing short to medium length sitting sessions. It’s not the best chair, but it’s a good starter chair. The leather is actually great quality and looks great still. The seat cushion is decently thick, not too hard or too soft. The seat is deep and flat which makes it easy to sit criss cross apple sauce on the chair. I think they do this so when you use to leg rest, you can use it comfortably by sitting deep back into the seat. Being able to sit criss cross is probably my favorite part of this chair. Unfortunately, when sitting properly, that usually means the seat is TOO deep. I’ve had to get a back pillow to fill the gap when I sit with my feet on the floor. Much like other gaming chairs, the lumbar support comes in the form of a small pillow. For short sitting sessions, I don’t find this uncomfortable. But on days I work from home for 8 hours, then game in the same spot for 5 additional hours it starts to get a little uncomfortable. The arms on this chair are terrible. The fact that there is no gap under the arms and it’s not adjustable means I can’t scoot my chair close to my desk like I like to. I ended up just taking the arms off altogether. Additionally, after about 10 months, the gas mechanism keeping my chair up started to fail. My chair would sink to the lowest setting every 10 minutes. I had to buy a “quick repair” kit for it which basically puts a bunch of plastic tubes around the pole keeping your chair up to keep it from sinking. All in all this chair was great for about a year and a half but I’m currently in the market for an ergonomic, High back office chair with a headrest to replace this chair. ... show more

I held off making a review until I had some time with this chair. It’s been holding up amazingly for how much it costs. Genuinely one of the best chairs I’ve purchased at this price point. The lumbar support isn’t on an elastic strap so it doesn’t sit where I’d like it to without leaning directly on it to hold it up. One of the arms has been falling loose a little bit, but I also lean on it a lot so I’m not surprised. Much wider seat than a lot of bucket seat styles. I’m pretty small so it’s perfect for my habit of sitting cross legged. Highly recommend for the price. Just knocking off a star because it’s not the highest quality out there.
