The leg rest is a nice addition but I'm am tall so my legs dangle off it but it still works for me. The arm rests sit at a nice level. I don't care much for the massage cushion of it but it's a nice extra back support to have and I like that I can detach it if desired. I use the extra neck support often though. This chair is sooo comfy. You can adjust it as much as you need. It seems pretty sturdy and doesn't wobble. The reclining is amazing. I honestly didn't think I'd care for the added pillows, but I'm obsessed. I could sleep in this is I wanted to. It's nice and big and gives you lots of room to situate yourself. My only complaints would be that the faux leather makes you kinda stick to it, but I added a chair cushion to prevent it. The back massager is meh. Could do with or without. I wish it had different settings for it. And the footrest is a bit of a pain to pull in and out. Overall, I'm glad I bought it. It's definitely an upgrade from what I had before. Just bought this during prime days. Easy to assemble. Nice and comfortable cushion a d back rest. The back massaging pad is convenient and works great. Also the head pillow and neck pillow are a bonus. The only this I see a future problem is the leg rest extension. The bar used to support the the legs is small and someone with big legs, the bar tends to bend under the weight. The screws used to mount the bar are only four. Hopefully they can hold. ... show more

I work from home and play PC games so I spend quite a bit of time on the chair and I've been extremely happy with the chair since it arrived a few weeks ago. My order was filled quickly and there were no issues with shipping. The chair was simply to assemble and adjust. The chair cushion is very hard and seat does not slide out, so makes for a short fit. It looks like it would hug you in the picture, but it’s not very comfortable. The levers are hard to reach and when the foot rest is extended, you feel very rigid ( even with back reclined. I’m going to request a refund. Which also leads me to comment on cost- I purchased this chair on a “lightening sale” during prime days for 115.00. It’s available for purchase today (not on sale) for 99.00.
