    • Great value and good customer service
On the advice of a friend, I bought this gaming chair instead of a standard office chair. It is not only much more comfortable than my more expensive office chair, but has many more features. The vibrating lumbar pillow has massage action which is a bit mild for my taste, but it's a nice thing to have. It has several different massage settings. The power cord broke quickly, and I was pretty upset, but I contacted the manufacturer, and they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Because I am a little short, the head rest pillow sits too high for me. I solved this problem with a few velcro strips and now my pillow is fixed exactly where I like it, and I put a few other strips on my chair so I can pull the pillow and reset it where I need it, and not have it wiggling around when I don't want. It was fairly easy to put together. I did it with no help in less than an hour. The instructions were clear. The seat tilts forward as you get up, which is better for your back but takes some getting used to. I like how the arms rests swivel a bit inward and outward so I can get closer to my desk when I am working. The seat is a little less cushy than I like, but I got used to it quickly. I can always add another seat pillow. I had back pain before using this chair. A week later, the back pain is gone. At what I paid, it's a lot cheaper than a trip to the physical therapist. A good value. EDIT: I've edited my review. I was having a problem with this chair tipping and it turns out I didn't properly secure a bolt. MY mistake, not the manufacturer's. because the back angles backward, you cannot sit upright and have your head supported Fixing this means buying an additional pillow, which is not the end of the world Had I realized this, I might have opted for a similarly priced chair that had better head/neck support But for what you get, it's sturdy and comfortable for the parts that do come in contact with the chair (ie everything but your head). The "footstool" is a tad odd, and admittedly, in my first attempt to get into place with the chair reclined, I nearly toppled backwards....but as I didn't need/want this feature, it's a nice to have Also, this chair has no tension spring for reclining. So, if you wanted something you could easily switch positions and still give support, this is not the chair. Again, the lock works great, and I don't do a lot of "rocking" in my work chairs. So, for me, I would say I have no regrets (especially, since I can order a neck pillow and still be under my original budget) (Also, I don't blame anyone who says that this mistake is my fault...at the moment, I would agree) ... show more

    • Nice chair, easy to assemble, comfortable arm rests
So far this chair is much better than other chairs that might look similar on Amazon. All the tools needed assemble this were in the box. The box included gloves for assembling the chair, and I like that the chair is attached to the seat at each side rather than in the middle. The arm rests are comfortable. I have had surgery on my left elbow and most armrests cause me pain. It helps that the armrests can rotate around a little as well. The back of the chair is very adjustable, to a very firm 90 degrees to a laid back 160 degrees. I like almost everything about this chair, I am still not sold on the lumbar massage pillow, mostly because it falls on the floor as there is nothing to keep it in place. Also, the seat, while better than most, isn't as comfortable as I would like, but I have issues with most seat chairs. ... show more

Original Amazon item picture at the time of purchase shows this chair unbranded, it actually came branded. Branding is minimal and tame. Assembly was easy and took roughly an hour, and finish product was strong and sturdy. Comfort: I'm alittle conflicted on. I've never owned a "gaming chair" so this might just be how it is. First thoughts, is it's hard, not plush and dose not provide much back support ironically. The pillow helps alot but it's hard to even sit plush with the back seat. I remedied this with a mesh back support pillow which helped. I still wish it was more comfortable. If your looking for a plush chair this isn't it. Lastly with in 3 weeks of using this chair it has started squeaking loudly everytime I sit or get up or adjust. Haven't had a chance to look into it but disappointed this was happening so soon. "Leather" is decent looking but not sure how long this will hold up... Already starting to droop alittle after or only 3 weeks. Will update as I have this longer. ... show more

This chair is a great buy at a reasonable price! Assembly was easy due to the product instructions, and the box even came with a pair of gloves for assembly, as well as a bonus mouse pad. Setup took me about 25 minutes, and their customer care support team was very quick to respond when I had a question. I love the detachable lumbar support pillow with massage capabilities (the different settings on it are a nice touch). The leg rest is a bit short for a 6'4" guy like me, but I am glad it is there, as I can put it away when I am not using it. The nicest feature on it for me is the locking back rest tilt - super easy to use and very functional! I do not feel like it is going to give out on me if I am leaning back and watching a movie in it. Excited that this is my new computer/gaming chair! ... show more

I'm super upset about this because this is an awesome chair but something was off in the manufacturing process and once assembled one arm sits about an inch further forward than the other. It's highly noticeable when you sit in the chair and rather annoying because you can feel the difference. I'd hope for more accurate manufacturing with the price, especially with a chair that's meant for gaming. It's a nice and comfortable chair, with the exception of the defect. ... show more

The chair is solid, cushions firm and thick, and construction is sturdy. Putting the chair together was relatively easy and the machined screws with washers and locknuts pre-assembled were appreciated. The moderately chintzy parts are the extras, footrest slightly flimsy, and lumbar support/massage pillow a bit chintz. If you are buying the chair and want really high quality extras, try another chair. If you are looking to have a solid, comfortable chair, this is a winner. ... show more
