ideally you don't look to save on a PSU, but this one has a fair price for what it is, you could easily pay double for a corsair PSU that is still made in china or taiwan, with the same or worst components

For the price this thing is pretty nice. It's pretty quiet (in quiet mode) and it sounds like a hair dryer when you turn that feature off. The case material is thin so be mindful when you install it. Also, take not of which direction the fan faces and if that works for your case, otherwise you won't get much enjoyment from the fan LEDs. For the price though, you get a bronze power supply for the price of white / non rated one. I would definitely buy one again for a budget build. ... show more

Will not turn on... what a disappointment! Update: Returned the first unit and ordered another one thinking I wont be so unlucky as to recieve another faulty unit but the second unit came in faulty as well and will not turn on despite going through all the troubleshooting steps, including the pin test and working cable test. Sin problemas para instalar la fuente, aunque en la motherboard que armé el equipo no trae puerto para conectar el conector de rgb, la fuente trae un botón para cambiar manualmente todos los colores y trabajan muy bien, aunque tiene un botón de modo silencioso para el ventilador es mejor mantenerlo activado ya q si no se activa, el ventilador zumba muy duro. ... show more
