Worked fine for my 1980 camaro. Small detail during installation. I had to put some air into the shocks after bolting up the top of the shocks to extend them to bolt the bottoms.

  • Very effective at leveling a vehicle
Really fast shipping! The shocks were very easy to install, including the routing of the air lines. Easily leveled my car, which was sagging in the rear.

  • The one was still good so went to the local store and got another ...
I installed these and although i ran individual lines i still got only 50 psi in each and one popped. The one was still good so went to the local store and got another set. Before i put them on i was jacking up the one corner of the car and the opposite rear shock that was still good popped. Installed the new ones and same thing but both popped at only 45 psi each. But yet if i have 30 psi they seem to be still holding air, makes no sense at all to me. If they are supposed to be 200 psi and i'm only putting half of that, or trying to, 50 psi in each they shouldn't pop. Taking the local set back and don't want to mess with all the return shipping stuff for the other. Just gonna wait and decide what to do. The last Gabriels one had a slow leak and hosed together but they lasted 10 yrs and i could get 150 in them combined. Might have to try my luck with another brand. ... show more
