  • Great for AMD Ryzen 9 7950x with MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk
Easy to install, speed, RGB is seamless. I installed 4 modules of 32 GB each and the motherboard accepts it. The drawback with this configuration is that with all 4 modules installed, it will not work with the EXPO profile, but will if you don’t use the EXPO. I removed two of them and tried EXPO again and it worked. When attempting the settings, I had to unplug the power and short the BIOS jumper JBAT1, as shown in the motherboard PDF. Slower speeds with 4 modules is expected, per AMD CPU specs, and the motherboard not having T-Architecture for RAM. Great performance if used as I’ve indicated. I recommend this RAM! ... show more

  • Outstanding Performance and Stunning Design
I couldn’t be happier with the G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM 64GB! From installation to performance, this RAM has exceeded all my expectations. The setup was straightforward, and the RAM’s compatibility with my system was flawless. The performance boost is incredible—my system runs faster and smoother than ever, handling intensive applications and gaming with ease. Plus, the RGB lighting is simply stunning and adds a fantastic aesthetic touch to my build. The quality is top-notch, and it’s evident that G.SKILL has put a lot of thought into both functionality and design. Highly recommend this RAM for anyone looking to elevate their PC setup! ... show more

  • Works Great, Looks Awesome. Wish they were a little less expensive though.
The media could not be loaded. These are the best Memory Chips out there. No crashing and they look great also! I run a top-end AMD system (Ryzen9-7950xt with a Nvidia 4090RTX as well as Four 4tb M.2 NVME Storage drives all in a crazy Corsair Obsidian Series 1000D Super-Tower Case (biggest on the market) The DDR5 chips perform very well and All I can say is that you should get them while you can!! • Worked great with my x670e; easy to overclock to 6000 MT/s
This set of ram was the one on my QVL list for my motherboard (ASRock X670E Steel Legend) with the highest overclocked speed that my processor (AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D) supported. After flashing an up-to-date BIOS to the motherboard, it only took a few clicks to load the EXPO profile and overclock the ram to the advertised 6000 MT/s. My computer has been running stable at this overclocked speed for several months now. 10/10, would buy again. ... show more

  • Great memory, great price, and it works
I previously had the 32 GB (2x16GB) version of this memory, RGB and all. I needed to upgrade to 64 GB. My original intent was to buy another 32 GB kit and fill all four of my DIMMs to get the 64 GB. Alas, my Be Quite CPU cooler's fan extended far enough out it covered up a DIMM forcing me to get a 64 Gig kit. The 32 GB version of this was so solid, I went with the 64 GB kit. I'm glad I did. Nothing but good to say which includes: - At the time I bought this, the price was a steal for 64 Gigs. - The memory is rock solid and performs. In fact, it has better timings than the 32 Gig kit. In particular, the CL is quite a bit lower. - RGB looks great if you are into that kind of thing. - EXPO worked as expected in my ASUS board. Just plugged in the memory, entered BIOS and enabled EXPO. - The memory just works. Plain and simple. No fuss or anything, the way it should be. This is just fantastic memory. Get it. ... show more

  • Good Dual-Ranked RAM
Right now I have this kit overclocked to 3100MHz with zero voltage increase over 3000MHz. I’ll go higher here soon. Very stable. I am making my way through Karhu and Y-Cruncher by optimizing and undervolting. People bash Zen 5 because of benchmarks, but I have bought two Zen 5 processors so far and they’re like S Class, 1% tier Zen 4 processors. I am overclocking and undervolting in ways I could never do with Zen 4. I won’t look back. This is beyond the difference between the i7-6700k and i7-7700k, as far as tuning goes. You can set EXPO and undervolt the RAM and it will still work. Push VSOC lower than 1.2v. This kit uses Hynix dies, which are the ones to have for RAM overclocking. Downsides: Lack of relevant JEDEC profiles. This has been a GSkill thing for years. They have not fixed it because people don’t think to complain about it, and it doesn’t apply to most people because they’ll use EXPO/DOCP/XMP. This is a nuisance if I end up repurposing this kit into an OEM system at some point. 32GB sticks are not as OC friendly as 16GB sticks with Hynix-A dies. Know what you’re getting yourself into here. ... show more

  • Great Brand - Fast RAM - Mid RGB
I have used G.Skill for a long time. It's fast and works great. I will say the RGB implementation is annoying. The lights reset often forcing you to go into software and reapply settings. Seems to happen if you shut down the computer or unplug it. Not sure if all RAM is this way - but it's annoying because the default is Rainbow. Also the colors are a little off compared to most of the other RGB devices I own and you can see the dots. I would probably buy non RGB RAM next time. I got these when it was on sale. Still recommend though. ... show more

  • Perfect
This ddr5 doesn’t disappoint . Premium build quality and the rgb is the piece of resistance. The rgb sync perfectly with the Asus aura. The performance is perfect spot especially for amd cpu/motherboard. Great value for money.
