Will Not Fig Elongated Toilet

This will not fit elongated. They worked with me to help understand why it wouldn't work for future design and gave my refund even though it was against Amazon's return policy.

I ordered two of these. One for a friend. This item does not fit on my toilet or her toilet. This can’t even work properly since it can’t fit on the toilet. It likes like it’s fine otherwise but not usually because it doesn’t fit.

Did not fit our toilet. The only way it "fit" is to put it backwards which defeated the purpose of using this unit. The stream is not what is expected. Totally disappointed.

4 1/2 stars. Great product, poor instructions.

Honestly, this Sitz bath deserves 5 stars, but the instructions are incomplete. To the company - please fix that. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what the parts are for. Finally, I looked at the pictures on the listing. Only half of those were in the booklet that came with it. Ok so having ha
d my rant. This is a good product. I was wondering why the water tub was so oddly shaped. It is because if they had you sit on a very full tub, the water would overflow. The way it is designed, you need to fill it almost to the top to feel the water, because the bottom is narrow. BUT that is a good thing. This makes the Sitz bath lighter to carry and empty. A very intelligent design. I used it and it was wonderful to have those body parts soak in hot water to relieve my discomfort, without having to fill an entire bathtub numerous times a day. After you use this device, you should make sure to clean it very well after each use. Maybe run it with a few drops of bleach or even vinegar then a good hot water rinse. Let dry completely before you store it. Don’t expect a swirling hot tub guys. Its just a gentle circulation of water. I like that you can add medication or whatever you need to the water without waste. You will need a large pitcher set apart for this use.

It is easy to fold and clean. It fits perfectly on my toilet. The bubbles are generated automatically at the right pressure. The manual tool for generating bubbles manually also works great.
