I got this for an ingrown toenail I had that had begun to break through the skin on the top of my toe. It was to the point that I was considering Partial nail avulsion. I had been trying to remove the ingrown nail myself at home and had ended up just breaking off part of my nail. The piece buried in my skin and beginning to grow through it was still there, and despite my best efforts, every time I tried to dig it out and remove it, I only succeeded in irritating my skin and causing more pain. Anyway, when I got this, I put the gel on and left it. I didn't see any difference and was frankly very disappointed. It wasn't doing too much for the pain and I wasn't making it any easier to get the nail out. I decided to put some more gel on, cover it, then go to sleep. This morning, I did notice that the pain was nearly gone and I was able to work without being bothered by the pain. (I work in a vet clinic and am always running around) I just got home from work about an hour ago and decided to see if there was any change. There was! With just a bit of pressure and the help of some tweezers, the nail piece came right out! It was an instant relief and I'm so glad I gave it a chance. I will let you know that the smell of the gel is horrid. Almost like rotten eggs, but I think it's worth it for the results. I would also recommend getting a small ingrown nail removal kit. I got the Bcabo one, and it worked wonders alongside this product! I doubt this product alone would be enough to remove an ingrown nail ... show more

The product does work. It does take time, but it will soften the skin around your toes to help you trim down your calloused areas warning, the smell is like farts. My entire family is disgusted by the smell. The smell doesn’t last long, maybe two hours, but it is really bad and smells like eggs, sulfur, and farts. ... show more

Quede muy satisfecha con este producto ya que tenia la uña del dedo gordo del pie súper enterrada, era muy muy doloroso y no podia ni tocar el area y aun sin tocar me dolia horrible; las primeras veces me molestaba ponerme las banditas por que hacia un poco de presión en la zona, pero la pomada ayudaba con ello; y fue muy rapido como mejoro; al día siguiente de comenzar a usarlo, ya podía caminar, con un poco de molestia pero ya no estaba inflamado ni dolia si no lo tocaba; lo use hasta que se me terminaron las banditas (aunque desde antes ya estaba bien) Espero no volver a necesitarlo, pero de ser el caso, seria mi primera opción ... show more

I used this only once right before bed and I got up the next morning and went to remove the bandage that wraps around your toe and felt a sudden pain … I stopped went to remove the other end and pain … I eventually got it off but I looked and it ripped the skin off the back of my toe in two places .. they were huge chunks of skin and I had to get clippers to cut back the skin .. Now I have to put first aid ointment and bandages on my toe bc my skin is gone and it was bleeding .. not to mention it really makes wearing my work boots a challenge as well … I do not recommend these for sensitive skin nor will be be using any of the remaining product! ... show more

I had a problem after My feet were swollen from being pregnant 8 months I had a swollen toe work pain ever slightest touch and I'd be in tears couldn't even have socks out with out cutting a part out so no pressure would be on my toe , crocs were the only thing I could wear and if I slid them on to fast hit top of toe I'd be crying I finally after months of being like nothings going to to I tried this 3 days and the nail came out and instant relief once I pulled it out ... show more
