  • Upgrade HT-NTC100K Thermistor: package temperature measurement. Temperature measurement head cylinder diameter 3mm, length 15mm, can be used with the same size heating block that support the thermocouple.
  • The temperature measurement: -50 C ~ +250 C for a long lifecycle, sometimes can reach up to +300C for a short time using, can replace the original K-type thermocouple temperature, very fit for printing high-temperature filament. (Please note that the temperature should not be over 300 C, otherwise the temperature will not be accurate.)
  • HT-NTC100K thermistor adopts white high-temperature cord, can bear higher temperature. And for customers' convenience, the wires adopts line connection, the customer can tear the wires depends on their application. The high temperature line is double thicker than others in the market, not easy to break off.
  • Adopts 304 stainless steel, with the internal temperature package to ensure the maximum service life with precision temperature measurement.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Better than original
The original thermistor had exposed single strand wires near the hotend. They flimsy and easily broke, leading me buy replacements. One would have been plenty, but the price was right and the one that I installed seems to work perfectly for the past two years.

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars It'll work
As far as physical fit and tuning, this is a fair replacement for the stock cartridge thermistor. However, the heat shrink on the cartridge itself leaves the cartridge a few mm short of where the stock cartridge would be. This can be tuned out with a PID tuning cycle, but is something to keep in mind. The heat shrink is very stiff and on a MK2/MK3 style printer the wires are intended to be bent at 90 degrees towards the back of the extruder assembly. When that happens on this thermistor, the heat shrink tore slightly. It doesn't look like it'll be a functional problem, but it may reduce the overall lifespan of the thermistor. Overall, it's doing well so far and seems like a decent backup to keep on hand. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Easy PID tune | better thermal accuracy.
So far so good after about 150 hours of printing. Excellent temp accuracy. Printing BPET @ 270c without issue. Don't forget to PID tune after changing anything in your hot-end.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Suitable replacement for Prusa Mk3s
This is a good replacement for a broken thermistor on a Prusa Mk3s. Works great and was pretty easy to install. The only issue was that the heat shrink around the thermistor housing had to be cut back a few millimeters in order to get it fully seated into the heat block.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Works prefect with Prusa MK3S
I managed to snag the original thermistor and broke the wire. This replaced it, and seems to be a great temperature match. Took about 15 minutes to replace and so far my prints are back to normal with zero issues. (I also zip tied the thermistor closer to the head to hopefully prevent this problem in the future). ... show more

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars Tolerances are pretty tight = too tight.
The units I got worked fine. However the diameter was 3.07mm to 3.09mm, which was to tight to fit into an E3D V6 heat block or a Phaetus Dragon heat block. For comparison, a genuine E3D thermistor measures around 3.02mm-3.05mm. Not a huge difference, but enough that it required I file down the casing on the thermistor to fit properly. I probably could have jammed them in, but they would have never come back out. Over all this was an annoyance, but the units did work, and was a cheaper option to the genuine part, and quicker to get. So that is why they didn't get a 2 star rating. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Works perfectly with Prusa MK3S
This was super simple to install-- it fit perfectly in the thermistor hole in Prusa MK3S. The wrapping around the cable near the hot end makes it much less likely than my original cables to get caught on the print. Definitely recommend

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars Fits, but got extra stringing afterward
This was to replace a broken thermistor on the hot end of my Prusa MK3S. I saw another review mentioning stringing but figured that was a fluke. But, I am now seeing the same thing when printing using Prusament PETG, a material which I never got stringing from before. I can only figure that these are giving something of an inaccurate temperature reading. Prints are coming out fine, but the stringing is annoying. Installation was painless. There's extra cable length here compared to the stock Prusa unit, which seems like a benefit, but in practice just means that you need to bind up some extra cabling into the wrap when you're through. ... show more
